Guided by the desire to put clients first, the history of Harp & Partners dates back to 2002, when its two founders, having acquired significant HR experience in both international and domestic markets, wished to establish their own company in order to provide a wide range of HR services in the fields of headhunting and education & training.
The scope of our activity has expanded continuously according to the needs of our customers and the market’s demand, with new features such as intercultural training, intercultural and personalized coaching, which arise from increasingly globalised business life. These trainings support the development of intercultural competence at relevant companies. Besides the outplacement programmes, we introduced the Assessment Centers in the area of selection.
Since our company’s establishment, we have tried to provide high level services to our customers, who are operating in many industries: financial, service or industrial, and manufacturing sectors. Our goal is to establish long-term, personal and trust-based relationships.
Harp & Partners jointly agree, that after the organizational diagnosis and the design of suggests an implementation plan based on the customer’s requirements and needs, where the customer is to be served at the highest level. In case of other special needs, HaRp cooperates with its consulting partners, which represent high quality knowledge on special topics, whether it is a workforce hiring customer, a customer specialised in a physical workforce or a client focusing on the development of top managers’ communication and crisis management skills.
Harp & Partners implements full-service coordination of projects, communication with the clients and also ensures high quality services.
All our consultants have achieved a university degree in human resources, and our knowledge is constantly being updated using domestic and foreign service trainings.
During its operation, over the past 15 years HaRp has gained extensive professional experience in classic HR services such as job selection, direct search and consultancy or in accordance with actual needs in the field of intercultural training and HaRpartner services—all introduced by us.
When the company was founded in 2002, our team thought deeply about finding the perfect name. The name HaRp was supported by all of us as a word that means the same in French and in English and symbolizes common thinking, teamwork and cooperation.
HaRp will continue this spirit in its work with all of its customers.
We believe in the quote by Goethe available on the Start page: “The way you see people is the way you treat them, and the way you treat them is what they become.”
Our mission is to inspire our clients with our solutions and to help them find the right professionals, in order to develop their skills and thereby support them in achieving business success.
