Guided by the desire to put clients first, the history of Harp & Partners dates back to 2002, when its two founders, having acquired significant HR experience in both international and domestic markets, wished to establish their own company in order to provide a wide range of HR services in the fields of headhunting and education & training.
We are proud of the fact, that HaRp is a dynamically evolving HR company with continuous business partnerships with primary market leaders in several sectors. Currently, our company has six employees and works extensively with several external experts, providing flexibility and adjustment to the specific needs of our customers.
We offer classic HR services such as employee selection, headhunting, training, and coaching in accordance with our customer needs that are ever-changing and continuously growing in complexity. For instance, our Assessment and Development Center (AC/DC) service has grown in importance over the years. These AC / DC services are used by our customers efficiently as an important preparation element for career management or development plans.
Our latest innovative service is the HaRpartner service, which can help those customers who do not have an internal HR department.
Intercultural training is growing in demand among HaRp’s services, because in today’s globalized business world, it has become essential that employees and managers work with wide cultural perspective as well as utilize multicultural communication skills, and cultural sensitivity at both domestic and foreign companies.

The co-operation between HaRp and UniCredit Bank started in 2011 in connection with a Development Center organized for the participants of our internal talent program. Since then, HaRp has been our partner every year in the selection of young and talented colleagues, who are involved in national and international programs for development. In 2015 we expanded our cooperation further with HaRp; they now also support the Development Centers for our middle-management level employees. The methodology they use assures, that the evaluation is completely objective and provides that only true-born talents and leaders are taking part in our development programs. HaRp has a prepared and competent team, always taking into account the needs of the client and with the highest levels of quality.
We introduced both the executive selection and the support of our staff into the Assessment and Development Center services. The AC / DC method, represented by HaRp, quickly and effectively supports our decision-making processes and helps us in assigning directions for development, bringing to the surface the hidden abilities of our staff. With the flexible and creative attitude of HaRp, our cooperation is more efficient year after year.
