What is all the background to this press photo that was made at the end of the months of Dutch coalition negotiations that lasted for months? What can you infer from the Dutch style of negotiation and workplace behavior? What are the values ​​of Dutch corporate culture? We were looking for answers to such and similar questions, even looking at the bottom of the “iceberg.”
